Keep identifying words in the box
Search a title or an available alias. Resolution, language and download terms describe the edition you want, but they can get in the way of matching the actual production. Try the movie name first.
Use real filters instead of a long sentence
Search has movie or TV, genre, release year and ordering controls. It is not a dialogue, actor-biography or episode-transcript search. If you remember only a scene, first work out the production’s name, then return to its title.
A short title sometimes needs its year
A common word can identify several unrelated productions. Compare year and premise when results look similar. For a sequel, preserve the number or chapter name instead of reducing everything to the franchise.
Start with the programme for a season search
Wednesday and JUJUTSU KAISEN are programme records. Find the series here, then select the desired season in the viewing application. An empty search for an episode subtitle does not show that the parent programme is absent.
Undo filters when the answer is unexpectedly empty
Remove the least certain condition first. A guessed genre or season year can exclude the title you meant. Once you have identified it, save the actual record instead of repeating the same uncertain search later.
